The figureheads we all need.
Goodness how they vary in this modern day.
Considering we are all born into some inherited mess of systems, that is, the dysfunctional family dynamics we cannot escape, the societal order we must navigate to survive.
External figureheads of another realm are always needed.
The ages where a spiritual figurehead was what one needed for solace is now compounded into the many variations of what external figureheads one can project onto. Business, political or other.
Yet we have no new figureheads with eternal ethical purpose in this modern day it seems, only computer operating systems, and distract ourselves from corporate action through focusing on nation-states.
Such as historically how the USA has shifted its focus towards Nth Korea, through saying that nation has too much rocket power while it allows the excessive satellite dominance to be blasted into space from its jurisdiction.
The game of distraction each figurehead at the nation level continues to maintain, to pretend like children they have the power.
When we collectively at each state level have given our power away intergenerationally to those who hold wealth. Or sway such as the Swiss.
So, while I can visit the sites of the deities and feel the energy in those spaces, I can also visit the spaces where Ho Chi Minh resided and feel that energy. Which is a privilege I can hold within my meagre finance while remembering the many people who have fallen through the cracks of society in my generation due to our lack of socialism and community.
We are trained to ostracize it seems through the classist systems that permeate through our statehood.
Which are in effect enabled through the chains of computer dominance that guide our society and the wealth of the world. To separate from those “less fortunate” instead of learn how lift up while maintaining self care first to become one stronger entity as a society.
The allure of “lifestyle” to feel like we have the same opportunity as those with inherited wealth, or in positions of power, is a balance that requires x amount of engagement in the systems pertaining to societies functionality at the state level.
As if life is spent seeking without anchor to contribution at the state level, then we lose x amount of functionality or equality in that space over time.
Yet the people who cannot accept who they are, their truth as a human and their learnings, is essentially why we cannot raise the baseline of society effectively.
Why we in effect maintain classist systems.
Again, we stand on the shoulders of giants, the many nobodies in history who have sustained and endured with forgiveness and love for what we can enjoy today.
For what we may lose today.
For what I am ready to lose today.
As there is something inherently wrong with my society that I do wish to go back to.
Yet I have to.
