Fear as a tool for guiding perception and action has been utlised as a means for control for eons. While fear can keep us alive in the right moment, fear guided action well generally it is not conducive to honor. Fear does interesting things to people, and can make a person second guess intuition.
Intuition is more likely to keep a person alive, collaboration based on intuitive action is a hazy area however, especially in highly structured environments. As while intuition can save a life, in highly structured environments how does one convey the intangible.
Trust.
Order.
Yet when order to collaborate is assembled through images and data points.
We all know how to handle fear, as it is used against us all the time.
News integrity and fear based media is something we are all exposed to, truth creates trust but does not assist in control.
The many oxymorons of the world, illogicities that permeate our society yet we still have to trust systems and order. Such as the many housing developer ghost towns contrasting housing crisis’s.
Depending on environment we all need to trust one another to stand alone. As the mental load for controlling and guiding anothers action, unless necessary for unified success in a specific tactic is not optimizing yourself within the terrain you are facing.
Acceptance of the potential vulnerabilities to integrity or function is something many people avoid. Or one may play a character instead of develop character to accept both worse possible scenario and best case outcome.
What the inethics of data mining has done to the human experience, the vast access of material to pull data from on any individual, the variety of datasets, visual, financial, sound etc..
Any person can be “pavloved” into a hound, which we have seen time and time again. And sometimes we need to be hounds, dog backwards is god.
However we are reaching a new level of dissociation at the individual level from the abuse of datamining individuals with all the datasets at hand, the inauthenticity in datacapture to the point of demaximising human potential while still maximising corporate growth.
The lack of intelligent follow through at the individual level due to how demoralised people are becoming due to these factors. The disconnect from physical vessel.
The loss of hope.
How those in power and those without power continue to lack space to move through or regulate any emotional process in this day and age. Decreasing intellect or rather the intelligence of human understanding/ connection.
The humanism in the system, the intelligence of the why and to what end.
Organisational structure to allow humanism at the individual level also allows it for the collective.
One person is both nothing and everything.
Acknowledging abuse of datamisuse, misinterpretation, shall likely continue.
So while systems are in play for large collectives to become fodder for a potential war strategy.
Independant thought and choice for what global game any collective partakes in is of utmost importance. And therefore how we organise ourselves to actually have choice and thought of action unprovoked by fear.
How cemented organisational structures need to be within the ethically flawed realm we now all operate in. The scope of where a collective needs to go with equitable voices in the room.
That is always a tough one.
Equitable voices usually is something that goes to the wayside when fear is a factor in decision making. From the micro to the macro this is applicable.
When human means to collaborate is broken, then hope breaks too. Faces and datasets do not make us friends or allies, a connection in energy does. Not what switches on the lights, the energy of our living vessels and where we collectively want to go.
A unified effort in a direction regardless of role. An ability to “stand alone” or sit or whatever is ones capacity to contribute to the problem.
The problem of what is means to be human being taken away from us. While systems many do not ethically agree with perpetuate and have done for generations.
While water quality and abundance decreases from much of the earth.
To know honor and respect for the landscapes we tend to, live and die for.
As maybe it is better to die with honor than being kept “baser” by system put in play by the financially elite.
